I'm constantly amazed how many people read my website. Within a few hours of my daily posting talking about the Rocna anchor, I received this email...
Hi Ken,
I noticed your mention of our anchor on your website, and thought I would drop you a quick e-mail.
I will let our website, and the mention by Scott Strickland, speak for itself.
Nordhavns come to our attention frequently. The boats seem to come from the factory with CQR copies, which tend to drive people to seek alternative anchors. I thought you might be interested in the attached photos of a Rocna on a N47 here in New Zealand.

Hey Ken,
If Scott Strickland was talking about the Rocna, you could again refer to the recent experiences the Dashews have had with their Rocna. It would seem that they are very fond of it and its performance. See two entries...

http://www.setsail.com/s_logs/dashew/dashew356.html Mentions their Rocna and a similar Manson from NZ. | Dray, Patrick |
