I asked the factory a series of questions about various aspects of the systems, and they responded with this series of photos.

Hot Tub
Hot water heating on Sans Souci is being done via a central diesel-fired Kabola heater. Here we see the heat exchanger that is used to heat the hot tub

Hot Tub
Showing the heat exchanger installed on the hot tub on the fly bridge. From in the hot tub, we'll be just over 22' off the water, so the view, sitting at anchor, off Hawaii, or somewhere even more exotic, will be pretty cool!

Unknown
I'm guessing that these are cut off valves, in the engine room, for the water going up to the hot tub on the top deck. That said, they could be anything

Lazarette
This picture has me stumped. I had asked Nordhavn about how access was to the back of the lazarette. There will be times in high seas when I need to crawl around the lazarette, and I wanted to see if so much equipment had been crammed in that we were losing the ability to move around. I'm guessing this is the aft-most starboard corner of the boat, although I don't see the power cords (the Glendinning system), or the Atlas system.
[Note: My project manager at Nordhavn added this thought, on this photo: This is actually a bad angle from where the photographer is standing in this photo. There is good space to move around over here for how much stuff we have.]

Engine Room
This is the salt water pump for cooling the hydraulic system. One of the 64s (actually, I think TWO of the 64s) have had problems with cooling system failure on the hydraulic system. The hydraulics are needed for the stabilizers, thrusters, the hydraulic alternators, etc. I'll have a backup wash water pump, and a monitoring system which should give me plenty of advance notice if the pump fails. The salt water is taken from the sea chest.

Pumps
I asked to see the grey water, and black water, pumps. When I last saw the boat, none of the pumps had been installed. I'm trying to ensure that things have been placed with an eye towards future maintenance. To my surprise, but not discontent, the pumps have been located under a staircase. Roberta had this area planned for suitcase storage. The good news is that this puts the pumps where I can easily get to them.

Fresh Water Pump
This is the main fresh water pump for the boat. I believe this is in the engine room. The plumbing around the pump is more complex than I would have expected...

Forward Bilge
The white box that says "FWD bilge" is the power pack for the Davit. The smaller motor, in front of it, is the hydraulic motor for the forward thruster

Forward Bilge
The large white tank on the right, with the blue stripes is my hot water tank. It's very unusual in that it can run either via electricity, or via a heat exchanger from the diesel heater
