Final Electronics Proposal - Larry Smith Electronics

I've been working for the past couple of weeks finalizing the electronics on the boat.
There are substantial changes from what I had planned previously, most notably in the Monitoring System, and the Entertainment systerms. I'll try to add some more background sometime in the next few days as to the changes that were made, and why.
