This is something you don't see everyday, that really has very little to do with my boat -- but, I thought it was fun so I snapped some pictures.
Here's the quick story: A new Nordhavn 43 was delivered, with the davit not working. The tender was delivered seperately and needed to be put on the deck of the 43. The first I heard of this was when a Nordhavn commissioning guy said to me "Can you not look while we borrow your davit for a bit?" With an invitation like that, how could I not grab my camera.
Using my davit, they lifted the 43's tender, backed up the 43, and popped it on the deck. Good driving!
